When you create an account, buy a membership, book a rental or sign our waiver, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, booking and membership details, and your signed waiver. Payments are processed by our booking provider; we do not store full card numbers. We also record door-access activity at our facility.
How we use it
To manage your account, confirm payment, verify your waiver, grant facility access, send you your access code by text message, and respond to support requests. Service providers we use to do this (for example our booking, waiver, door-access and messaging providers) process data only on our behalf.
SMS
If you give us your mobile number, we use it to text you your door access code. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
