About Elite Sports NW
More than athletes.
A performance center in Woodland built to develop the whole person — the athlete, the leader, and the character underneath both.

The story
Why this building exists.

01
One roof, every season

Three batting cages with HitTrax and TrackMan, a full fitness center, dedicated speed and strength areas, and the turf that ties them together. One building in Woodland where an athlete can train for whatever season they are in, instead of driving to four different ones.
02
Coached, not just supervised

Our coaches have pitched professionally and led strength programs for Division I athletes. They work one to one, because work ethic is taught the same way a swing is — by repetition, with someone watching who knows what they are looking at.
03
The whole person

We are committed to developing the whole person, not only the athlete. Leadership and accountability, confidence rooted in preparation and purpose, and intentional encouragement of young athletes in a growing walk with Jesus.
What we stand on
Four things we will not trade.
Every program in the building is measured against these, not against a leaderboard.
Discipline and work ethic
Showing up when it is inconvenient, and doing the rep properly when nobody is counting.
Leadership and accountability
Owning the outcome, and being the person a younger teammate copies.
Confidence rooted in preparation
Belief that comes from the work already done, not from being told you are good.
A growing walk with Jesus
Faith held out openly and without pressure, as the foundation the rest sits on.
Who it is for
Built for Woodland.
Youth and high school athletes
In season, out of season, or just getting started.
Multi-sport competitors
Training that carries across whichever sport is next.
Families
Looking for high-end training built on stated values.
The community
Anyone who wants a serious place to train close to home.

The two who started it.
